What is it?

Mayhem Performance Coaching is a fully tailored fitness experience, where you engage 1-on-1 with a Mayhem Performance Coach. Your coach invests time understanding your lifestyle, enabling them to optimize your efforts both in and out of the gym. This program is for those who want a coach to help them optimize every part of their life.

How is Mayhem Performance Coaching different from Mayhem Compete?

Mayhem Performance Coaching is not a one-size-fits-all template delivered to thousands of people. It’s a personalized training, nutrition, and lifestyle plan delivered by one of our expert coaches. Your coach will assess your strengths and weaknesses, and then work alongside you to create a custom program to achieve your competitive CrossFit goals.

What will the program look like?

Our coaches are not designing a plan that you have to change your life to fit. We are going to fit our plan to your life. That means that your training, nutrition, and lifestyle program will depend on your goals and your current capabilities. For example, we will tailor your program based on the time and location that you have to train, when you want to compete throughout the year, when you travel or take vacations, your dietary preferences, your budget for food or other recovery protocols, etc. Put simply, we are going to meet you where you are at.

How am I matched up with a coach?

The key to success in any individualized training program is building a strong relationship with your coach. That is why we thoroughly review your application to find the best fit for you. Our selection is based on your specific goals, limitations, training experience, location, etc.

How frequently do I communicate with my coach?

Relationships aren’t built without consistent communication. You and your coach will have several points of contact as you work together: a biweekly 15-minute video consultation, the ability to message any weekday with a 24-hour response rate, training overview videos where your coach will review your plan, and a biweekly check-in form on opposite weeks of your consult to monitor your progress. You will never go a week without hearing from your coach.

Is there a time commitment required?

No, there are no time commitments or contracts. You can either pay month to month or at a discounted rate in full for the year. If for whatever reason you need to cancel, we only require a 30-day cancellation notice.
