WHAT’S STAYING
These elements of your current NCFIT Affiliate experience will remain exactly as they are, with no disruption, no extra steps, and no changes to your member experience.
WHAT YOU GAIN
With Mayhem Affiliate programming, you unlock a significantly expanded toolbox including more tracks, more resources, more support, and more ways to grow your community.
You Have Questions, We Have Answers
Should I tell my members about the change? What differences will they notice?
You know how best to communicate with your people, but there is plenty of exciting news you can share with them.
Members will notice:
-More choices with the new tracks at their disposal.
-Better results.
-Greater relative intensity.
-A more streamlined class experience.
-Access to a much larger, global community with 2,200 other gyms following the same program.
Coaches will notice:
- Greater volume than some are accustomed to fitting into an hour. This comes from our philosophy that it’s easier to reduce what you include, as a coach, than it is to increase it. With the “own your programming” section as a guide, you can customize this robust roadmap for an ideal hour based on who shows up.
What price will I pay? Will it automatically change?
Your subscription rate will be reduced to $129 USD/month.
Yes, this will change automatically.
What tracks are included? Are all of my current tracks from NCFIT part of that?
All Existing NCFIT Class Options will Remain:
Compete-level workouts
- Bodybuilding programming
- Minimal equipment workout variations
- RPE-based guidance
- Extra Credit programming three days per week.
Your athletes will recognize and feel comfortable with the structure from day one.
14 Additional Class Tracks are included at no extra cost.

What actions do I need to take to transition smoothly on my management software?
Short answer: nothing. Your membership management platform will switch over automatically on January 5th.
Your historical data, member PRs and past programming will remain intact. The january 5th start date aligns perfectly with a new training cycle that you will kick off alongside the rest of the Mayhem Family.
How does Mayhem programming cater to different fitness levels?
With multiple tiers for each class workout, Mayhem gives you tools to challenge and support all athletes in your gym — from those who have 30 muscle ups to those who don’t even know what a muscle up is. Competitor to beginner, small groups to massive Saturday classes-- we've got you covered for all of it.
Does Mayhem provide coaches notes and cues?
Yes.
Our Coach notes include:
- Full class plans with timelines, warm-ups, teaching progressions, and demo videos.- The same consistent, professional format your coaches are used to.
- Intentional coaching time is built into every hour, ensuring your coaches can truly coach, not just manage the clock.
- Extensive coach-focused notes to give your team what they need to excel on the floor.
- Daily videos detailing how to lead the class, along with helpful coaching queues and movement correction strategies.
Are there coach videos?
Yes. You wil be introduced to some new faces, but the information is as streamlined, detailed and effective than before. Our videos are coach focused, with tangible information you can implement and no fluff.
What about warm-ups and cool-downs?
Each workout in the main Affiliate track has a suggested warm-up and cool-down mobility piece.
We give you two options:
(A) High touch-- a more robust, coach led warmup.
(B) Low touch-- a looser, move at your own pace option.
Are the workouts tested? Will there be target times and time caps?
Our Mayhem Affiliate workouts are tested three weeks in advance in classes at CrossFit Mayhem:
* Run in multiple class settings
* Reviewed and adjusted based on coach/athlete feedback
* Target times and caps set with real-world data
Your coaches will receive workouts that have already been pressure-tested.
Is there a 2026 yearly overview?
We’ll be sending out a comprehensive programming roadmap for the entire year, including:
* Strength cycle overview
* Gymnastics cycle overview
* Benchmark workouts
* Monthly challenges
* Clear goals and themes for every cycle
This gives you the ability to plan events, challenges, skill cycles, and membership touchpoints months in advance. We will be sending this out on December 12th.
When does the next strength cycle start?
Our next strength cycle begins on January 5th. We will send you full details of the strength cycle weeks in advance, so you can expect it soon.
Is there gymnastic skill work? What does that look like?
You can expect to see:
* A focused gymnastic skill session once per week in our main programming track
* Three-tiered levels for each skill session to accommodate any level of athlete
* A full cycle overview of each gymnastic cycle is sent in advance, so you know what to expect
Are there benchmark workouts?
Yes. Our yearly overview doc will detail all of the planned benchmark workouts for the year. You'll see CrossFit benchmarks/hero workouts, Mayhem benchmarks, and some NCFIT benchmark classics.
How many days per week does programming cover?
Our regular Affiliate track has programming 6 days per week, with an optional bonus piece on Sunday.
Saturdays typically program a longer partner workout. There isn't a timeframe on Saturdays. We normally include an optional MiniPump or other accessory, for gyms who have longer classes that day.
Sundays come with three workout options to help you round out your gym’s schedule:
Option 1: CrossFit Metcon with Basic Movements
A straightforward CrossFit workout without any complex movements. It’s great for athletes to do on their own in Open Gym, or for an easy class option. Adjust or scale as needed. The volume can add up, especially for athletes training 5+ days per week. Notes will include intended stimulus and scaling guidance.
Option 2: Recovery Workout
A “sweat and move” style session designed for active recovery. Great for athletes or classes that want to stay moving without the intensity of a full training day.
Option 3: Mayhem Racing
A race-style conditioning workout built from machines, sleds, carries, lunges, wall balls, running, etc.. It’s fast, gritty, and designed to push your engine. Perfect for athletes prepping for fitness-style races or anyone who wants to train like they are. You can keep it as a Sunday option or plug it into your weekly schedule whenever it fits. Mayhem Affiliate Programming provides a solid base for these events, but athletes who really want to excel should add some extra running throughout the week.
Who do I contact if I have questions?
Contact christi@mayhemnation.com any time you need help!
You will also have access to our private Facebook group where our team, and extended Mayhem Family can lean in.
Do I need any special equipment?
No. When specialty pieces are programmed, we also provide an alternative option. In addition you will be provided with an additional, limited equipment version of every workout.
Will the programming notes provide workout types?
Our Workout Pace Types have different names, but they should feel very familiar to you:
SPRINT: Very short, very fast. It’s a full send workout from the start.
STEADY: Manageable pace you can maintain throughout without blowing up.
GRIND: Longer effort requiring grit, endurance, and pacing discipline.
CHALLENGE: Push the boundary of comfort. More aggressive than Steady, but not as brutal as Pain Cave.
PAIN CAVE: High intensity, deep discomfort, max effort style workout.
QUALITY: Focused work prioritizing technique and control over speed.
When will the programming download for me each week?
You will receive the programming the week prior, just as you have in the past. Additionally, we email out a PDF version on the programming every Wednesday.
Do you give suggested RPEs for each workout and strength piece?
Yes, the RPE scale that you are accustomed to will remain unchanged so your coaches can help your athletes approach the workout intelligently.
How do I join the private Facebook group?
Yes! We have a great Facebook group designed for owners of Mayhem Gyms. You can request to join, here. Please note that we limit sign-ups to the Gym owner and one coach. Lastly, be sure to fill out the questionnaire so our administrator grants you access to the group.
How do I get added to the Mayhem Affiliate Map?

Will historical workout data / PRs transfer over? Will my gym account retain all of the past NCFIT programming?

Is there any suggested onboarding or training for my coaches to help prepare them for the change?
We encourage you to reference the information on the hub and the provided PDFs we provided by email.
